We had lunch at my cousin Judy’s and she made the most delicious apple pecan pie. Oh man, I could had the entire pie myself! Pie is not on the top of my list when coming to dessert. Apples are not even on my list. So you can say apple pie on my least favorite list.
That changed today.

This recipe is called “English apple pie”, but it’s really a cobbler. Easy to put together quickly. I use Granny Smith apples, and a scoop of ice cream really tops it off well.

Cory, we tried the pie tonight. So good, it will be on our table for visits from family this month. Grandson had big dish, ummm good. Missouri fans give it two thumbs up!
