Finally Feeling my Feet on the Ground

It has been a rough several days with a lung infection and Asthma. But this morning I feel I have made a turn! I want to get up and get going. But I will be mindful of the week behind me and give myself this day to rest with grace. Even though one of my favorite brocantes is happening as I type. I know I am feeling better when my adrenaline is negotiating with my common sense. Health, and the freedom of choice is everything without it the road ahead can be insurmontable.
Thank you for your prayers and messages this last few days xxx

This photo was taken last week when Chelsea the wee ones and I went to a Bubble Pop Art Show.
Gabriel didn’t like it. It was overwhelming to his senses. The music, the light, the sets… I found it fabulous but through his tender eyes it was overpowering sensory overload.

What a time you’ve had. I am so glad to hear that you’re beginning to feel a little better but still wisely planning to ease back into normal endeavors.

  4. Oh what you’ve had sounds dreadful. Give yourself permission to rest again today. Glad you’re feeling better. You now are suffering from FOMO as they say these days. 🙂

  5. so glad you are feeling better-my heart skipped a beat when you said FAVORITE BROCANTE— FOMO for sure-i recall at Easter when Gabriel wanted to meet the Easter Bunny… he assessed himself as a gentle boy or nice boy– a tender heart my words- i imagine his senses are such too! My sister and i quote him all the time… i loved that he could articulate the Rabbit had nothing to worry or fear from him- continued good thoughts AS USUAL!

Dear Corey, be well always. I think that might be you in the picture, holding up the white balloon clouds. Way to go! At first I thought it was a window in a department store.

Very glad you are on the road to recovery, before long you will be on the road to the Brocante…rest and repair for now!

Corey I hope you continue to improve!

  10. Sorry to hear you’ve been sick, but glad to hear that you are better! I can see where the whole balloon, pop thing could be sensory overload. It’s a little scary!

  11. Happy you are beginning to feel better.
I would love that show. What a fun picture.
I can imagine it would be overwhelming to a young child.

Thank God, Thank God, Thank God. Better and better, carefully and steadily until perusing robustly once again.
