Follow any basic ice cream recipe.

When you heat the milk and cream, add two or three handfuls of rose petals.

If you know they have not been sprayed, there is no need to wash them.

Otherwise, rinse with hot water.

Follow the recipe and when done heating, remove the petals.

The scent and flavor will remain.

The taste is very faint but a little like rose water.

I like it because it seems like such a romantic thing to eat. ?
