The Source is Community

Angel of god corey amaro french la vie

kneeling in the church that I have known

all my life

stained glass windows reflecting light and love

 sacraments I have witnessed

forty seventy no closer to hundreds maybe more

certainly more

washed with prayers holy water stains

 your name was mentioned

please pray for

I lost it and at the same time found home

in the community of saints living and eternal within those church walls

with its unending faith carried by one or the other

buoyed my spirit ebb and flow

to the healing source

I wish you could be more clear about what is going on with you and your family. It’s all so “mysterious” and “cryptic.”

I sense a heap of pain and confusion – the Grief process over a loss – and yes, I can hear that you know God is with you. Hang on as you go through St. John of the Cross’ Dark Night that is steeped in Hope – Hope in the unknown – My prayers and belief that your mother’s arms around you, near you, scenting your memories is a comfort.
