French Market Any Day of the Week

French Market in Provence, Corey Amaro, French la Vie

On any day of the week all year long there is an open market somewhere in Provence. Local products are mostly sold, and rarely is anything sold that is not in season. Hence, this time of the year it is the beginning of the overflowing cornucopia.

Thank you for sharing these lovely recipes! I made some preserves over the weekend while others were doing a remodel of the master bath. I was aching to make a good cherry jam, I am so glad I waited to find this! Thank you again!
I also saved all your other recipes – I cannot wait to try the pea soup!

I would fall over if the produce in our LA supermarkets looked like that. Those heirloom tomatoes look awesome!

  3. An absolute delight and I love all your recipes and photographs and slices of your life.

I have not yet tasted orange and lavender jam, but I do make grape and lavender jelly, both of which I grow in my garden.
